2. Products and services

2.1 The company (Primal Workwear) will use its best efforts to make sure that all items displayed in stock or otherwise on the Website are available to be purchased.

2.2 clause 2.1, products on offer:

1. Are out of stock due to seasonal nature of the item; or unforeseen circumstance has arisen which affects the availability of this item.
2. The product is as close as the represented item on the website, but may not be exact due to image quality and representation.

2.3 The displayed product on the website shows accessories included in the image, unless it is stated items are not included in the sale price of this item.

3. Pricing of goods and services

3.1 All products displayed on the website are based on the current list price; this may be subject to change at any given moment without notice.

2. Prices Exclude GST and any other taxes where applicable

3.3 Prices displayed as ‘Bulk discounted prices’ refer to the price of each individual item.

4. Payment process

4.1 We accept the following methods of payment:

1. For online payments: secure credit card transactions for VISA and Master Card; PayPal, Discover card. American Express
2. For Phone payments: direct deposit; Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. A payment is determined complete when the funds arrived into (Primal Workwear) accounts and cleared
3. Purchase order Payments: cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. A payment is determined complete when the funds arrived into (Primal Workwear) accounts and cleared

4.2. 30 day accounts are also offered to clients whom fill out our 30-day credit application form. Solely determined if approved by the staff/ director of the company (Primal Workwear) whom will notify you if approved.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1 Depending on the availability of goods ordered, the company (Primal Workwear) will endeavour to deliver your ordered items in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times are an estimate only at between 1 and 10 business days depending on your location and service provided by freight used company.

5.2 Depending on the value ordered the company (Primal Workwear) will offer free delivery at the time of sale, this value for free delivery is subject to change at any given moment without notice..

5.3 Unless the company offers free delivery under clause 5.2, each order shall be charged with a delivery fee, which will vary depending on the nature, quantity and value of products in the order.

5.4 The delivery fee will be calculated at the payment stage of the order.

6. Ordering from our company (Primal Workwear):

6.1 By submitting an order through our website you agree that:

1. You are able of entering into a legally binding contract with the company (Primal Workwear);
2. You are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have selected; and
3. The payment information you have provided is correct

6.2 Unless quoted by (Primal Workwear) you accept that extra freight charges may be added to your order in respect to clause 5.3.

6.3 Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched unless otherwise advised.

6.4 Customers will be notified via email or phone if delays in shipping occur.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

7.1 Returns and exchanges must be authorised by the company (Primal Workwear) and are subject to the following conditions:

1. Returns of stocked items that are incorrectly ordered may be accepted within 7 days from date of delivery;
2. Returns of non-stocked items (special orders) that are incorrectly ordered may not be accepted. This will be at the discretion of the company (Primal Workwear)
3. Proof of purchase/order must be provided via email;
4. Returned products may incur freight charges and/or re-stocking fees; dependant on items returned
5. Returned products must be of the same quality the company (Primal Workwear) as provided at the time of purchase, with original packaging, unless the issue relates to faulty product or the product is under warranty
6. Returned products may be subject to manufacturer’s warranty conditions. For information and conditions about guarantees and warranties, please contact the company (Primal Workwear)

7.2 If there is a major problem with the purchased item you are entitled to a refund or replacement subject to the following:

1. The replaced item will be identical if not the same to the provided item subject to availability.
2. The refund will be the same dollar value paid prior to the refund or replacement provided in the same fashion as the original payment
3. Refunds, Exchanges and returns are determined also based on the time which has passed, based on the condition of that item in the amount of time which as passed

7.3 The liability of the company (Primal Workwear) has to Australian Consumer Law or other rights in relation to the supply of goods or services is limited to the following:

1. In the case of the supply of goods or services;
1. the replacement of the goods or service or the supply of equivalent goods or services to the customer;
2. the repair or replacement of the goods or services are provided;
3. The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or the cost of re doing the service again.
4. The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired or the cost of the repairing the provided service.

8.1 Any errors in your orders will be corrected at the point of order.
